The surface treatment of aluminum profiles is mainly divided into: sandblasting (to form a matte pearl silver surface), polishing (to form a mirror), drawing (to form a satin effect), electroplating (to cover a layer of other metals), spraying (to cover other non-metallic coatings).


1. Sand blasting (shot peening)
The process of cleaning and roughening metal surfaces using the impact of high speed sand flow.This method of aluminum surface treatment can make the workpiece surface obtain a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, so as to improve the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface, so as to improve the fatigue resistance of the workpiece, increase the adhesion between it and the coating, prolong the durability of the coating film, but also conducive to paint flow and decoration.
2. The polishing
A machining method that uses mechanical, chemical or electrochemical methods to reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece in order to obtain a bright, smooth surface.

3. The drawing
Metal wire drawing is the manufacturing process of repeatedly using sandpaper to scrape the aluminum plate out of the wire.Drawing wire can be divided into straight wire drawing, random wire drawing, spiral wire drawing, thread drawing.

4. High gloss cutting
The diamond cutter is reinforced by the engraving machine to cut the parts on the spindle of the engraving machine with high speed (the general speed is 20,000 RPM/min) to produce local highlighting areas on the product surface.The brightness of cutting highlights is affected by the milling bit speed. The faster the bit speed is, the brighter the cutting highlights will be, and the darker the cutting highlights will be and the cutting pattern will be easily produced.

5. Anodic oxidation
Anodic oxidation refers to the electrochemical oxidation of metal or alloy, aluminum and its alloy in the corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions, due to the effect of the applied current on the aluminum product (anode), forming a layer of oxide film process.Anodic oxidation can not only solve the aluminum surface hardness, wear resistance and other defects, but also extend the service life of aluminum and enhance the beauty.

6. Two-color anodic oxidation
